Terms of Service
Effective July 17, 2026
1. What MyStats is
MyStats.so lets you publish a profile of personal statistics and optionally restrict some of them behind approval or a one-time payment. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 to use MyStats. You must be at least 18 — and confirm it — to charge for access to your stats or to pay to unlock someone else's.
3. Your content
Your answers are yours, and you choose what is public, locked, or paid. Don't publish content that is illegal, sexually explicit, harassing, or that impersonates someone else. Don't publish another person's private information. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Truthfulness
Stats are self-reported. We don't verify them, and percentile comparisons are computed from what users report. Buying access to a stat is buying what the creator chose to share, not a verified fact.
5. Payments & fees
Paid unlocks are processed by Stripe. Creators receive payouts via Stripe Connect and must complete Stripe's identity verification. MyStats retains a 20% platform fee on each unlock; the remainder goes to the creator, less Stripe's processing fees where applicable. Unlocks are one-time purchases granting ongoing access to that profile's locked stats for as long as the profile exists.
6. Refunds
All purchases are final. Unlocks deliver digital content immediately and are non-refundable — see our Refund Policy.
7. Access grants
Creators may grant or deny free access requests at their sole discretion, and may revoke free access at any time. Paid access cannot be revoked by the creator while the profile remains active.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Outstanding creator balances are paid out per Stripe's standard schedule unless funds are subject to a dispute.
9. Disclaimers
MyStats is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
